Skill: Performance Testing


Role: T2


Prepare test plan documents comprising scope, objective, approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks and mitigation.Develop Performance Test scripts based on identified test cases using performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload etc.Execute different performance test runs like load, stress, endurance, spike, chaos etc. mimicking productionMonitor application during test execution using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Newrelic, Splunk, etc.Identify performance issues, log defects identified during test execution and participate in defect triage calls.Analyze and prepare preliminary Performance test and summary reports comprising response time metrics, throughout, errors and other server side metrics.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.2+ years of experience in performance testing.Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.Strong analytical




o Conduct performance testing and analysis of applications using Jmeter and other relevant tools.


Create and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts for a variety of applications, including Java-based, MQ, and Web Services.


Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance issues and recommend improvements.


Perform production workload analysis to understand and replicate real-world usage patterns.


Design and execute tests that simulate various user loads, response times, and workloads.


Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance enhancements.


Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in production environments.


Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance engineering
