Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Testing Contractor with a strong background in load and performance testing, specifically with Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in using NeoLoad (including Real Browser testing mode), REST API performance validation, and test data management. This is a contract role for a professional based in India.




Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance/load test plans.


Conduct performance testing of Salesforce-based applications.


Utilize NeoLoad (Real Browser mode is a must) to simulate user behavior and measure system performance.


Analyze performance test results and provide insights to improve application scalability and responsiveness.


Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to identify performance bottlenecks.


Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using APM tools (Application Performance Monitoring).


Manage and manipulate large datasets for performance test scenarios.


Support API performance testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, or equivalent.


Provide detailed documentation and performance test reports.


Required Qualifications:


10+ years of hands-on experience in Performance and Load Testing, with at least 2 years of Salesforce performance testing.


5+ years of experience with NeoLoad, including Real Browser Testing Mode (mandatory).


Strong knowledge of REST API testing and integration performance.


Familiarity with APM tools (such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or New Relic).


Experience in test data management for performance testing.


Exposure to JMeter and LoadRunner is a plus.


Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
