We are Looking for Performance tester

Exp : 6+ yrs

Location : Madurai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) - response time, throughput, concurrency, scalability. Define Performance Testing Strategy & Approach - load, stress, endurance,

spike, scalability

. Plan & Estimate Testing Efforts -

prepare test plan, scenarios, and timelines

. Coordinate with Stakeholders - developers, architects, DBAs, infra, and business teams. Design Workload Models - identify critical user journeys and expected transaction volumes. Prepare Performance Test Scripts - using tools like

JMeter, LoadRunner.

Parameterization & Correlation - make scripts dynamic to handle real-life scenarios. Set Up Test Environment - ensure proper infra, test data, monitoring tools are ready. Execute Performance Tests - simulate expected concurrent users and transactions. Monitor System Resources -

CPU, memory, DB, network, and application logs.

Analyze Test Results - i

dentify bottlenecks, slow queries, memory leaks, and performance issues

. Compare Results with SLAs - ensure business KPIs and benchmarks are met. Prepare Reports & Dashboards - highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations. Collaborate for Root Cause Analysis - work with dev/DB/infra teams to fix issues. Support Capacity Planning - provide inputs on infra requirements for future scaling. Integrate with CI/CD - e

nable continuous performance testing in DevOps pipelines.

Conduct Production Validation - post-release checks to ensure performance stability. Mentor Team Members - review scripts, guide juniors, and ensure quality of deliverables. Communicate Findings to Stakeholders - translate technical results into business impact. Drive Continuous Improvement - suggest optimizations in code, infra, or architecture.

Pay: ?388,391.20 - ?1,311,918.90 per year
