BUK & BX - All locations We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction: 1) Working Experience in UI, API and Batch Application Performance testing. 2) Good understanding of Load Balancers mechanisms, Virtual servers, Virtual Pools, Rules, Connection & Cookie persistence. 3) Experience in Network Monitoring parameters along with Cloud infrastructure & monitoring 4) Conceptual Understanding/Hands on of AIX, VMware, Tomcat, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. 5) Understanding & experience in Heap & Thread Dump analysis, tuning recommendations to fix performance issues 6) Sound understanding of Java/JVM architecture, JVM tuning, GC, Class loading, Thread Dump Analysis, JMX based JVM monitoring. 7) Identify the bottlenecks using appropriate tools and provide suggestions/recommendations to resolve the issues 8) C, Java and Shell script knowledge will be helpful in this role 9) Awareness of tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, Insomnia, Postman, etc. What will you be doing 1) Drive Non Functional Requirement requirements for the program and get the required details working with Architects, Engineering teams. 2) Engage with Program / Project to assess the impact of changes on testing and provide effort estimates based on impact analysis 3) Walkthrough the solutions and plans to engineering and product teams. 4) Design solutions, frameworks, tooling leveraging in house, open source, licensed or build your own. 5) Develop automated(CI/CD pipeline) test scenarios and environments for performance testing. 6) Adopt the best practices for developing automated test script and test executions using loadrunner and JMeter. 7) Manage defect process and ensure that the process is followed and correct priorities / severities are assigned 8) Collaborate with the relevant teams, to ensure high quality Performance testing What we\'re looking for: Essential Skills GRADE AVP Category Skills Beginner Intermediate Expert Execute Write, Optmize, Maintain & Execute Performance scripts Y Execute Monitoring & Logging Tools : AppDynamics/Splunk/Grafana/Dynatrace/ELK Y Execute Test and Defect Mgmt Tools : JIRA/XRAY/Zephyr/Rally/Test Rails Y Service Version Control : SVN, Bit Bucket, GIT ,GitLab Y Execute Database Performance Optimization(Oracle/SQL Server) Y Service Scripting languages - Bean/Shell/Javascript/Shell/Groovy Y Execute Execution of API Test on different cloud platforms Y Execute CI/CD on test automation scripts in Jenkins Y Service Monitoring CPU Utilization, JVM heap utilization, Garbage Collection Mechanisms, Thread Management, Connection Pool, long running DB query etcq Y Manage Drive Non Functional Requirement requirements for the program and get the required details working with Architects, Engineering teams Y Excellence Designing Performance frameworks, optimizing solution for performance enhancement Y Excellence BFSI (Banking Financial Insurance ) Domain Y Key Points to consider Ensure all Skills are evaluated for interviews, See category definitions whilst evaluating resources at different grades. .
