Job Description


  • Experience: 4 to 8 years
  • Qualification: B-Tech/B.E. or MCS / BCS
  • Location: Pune
  • Technical Know-How: Hands on experience on one or more tools such as: JMeter / Load Runner / NeoLoad, JVM, Database, Linux, APM Tools & Minimum 1 year experience on Shell Scripting, Java or Python.
:
  • End to end execution of performance activities inclusive of NFR requirement gathering, workload modelling, preparation of test plan along with effort estimations, executions, analysis, recommendations.
  • Co-ordination with different stakeholders with regards to performance activities.
  • Stability of application/s in production through APM tools.
  • Experience in pricing and billing domain will be good to have.
  • Understanding and estimating the non-functional requirements.
  • Designing the test scripts and Identifying parameters for testing.
  • Executing performance tests.
  • Using consistent metrics for monitoring.
  • Identifying bottlenecks, and where they occur.
  • Interpret results and graphs.
  • Understand the relationship between queues and sub-systems.
  • Identify suggestions for performance tuning.
  • Preparing the test report.
Personal Skills:
  • Practical experience in performance profiling and troubleshooting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with agile technology development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
