• Job Title: Performance Tester - JMeter/neo load/roadrunner
• Primary skills: Proficient in at least two of the following tools: Neo Load, JMeter, LoadRunner
• Secondary skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying performance issues
• Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
• Experience: 5-8 yrs

Required Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficient in at least two of the following tools: Neo Load, JMeter, LoadRunner (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying performance issues.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, web services, databases, and application performance metrics.
• Experience in test data management and environment configuration for performance tests.
• Ability to interpret performance test results and make meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across web, application, and database layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Neo Load, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for enterprise-level applications.
• Analyse test results and provide detailed performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks, root causes, and suggest optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Develop test plans, strategies, and performance test cases.
• Simulate load scenarios based on production usage and user patterns.
• Participate in performance engineering activities across various phases of the SDLC.
• Provide support during performance test execution and triage.
• Clearly communicate findings, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
