Siemens Advanta Development in Bangalore is hiring enthusiastic Performance Test Engineers to join its team of digitalization experts. This is your role. What part will you play? As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the performance, scalability, and stability of web application. Your primary goal is to identify performance bottlenecks, assess application capacity and provide recommendations to improve the overall performance of the web application. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Performance testing role for at least 5 years and should have experience in API , Manual Testing and Test Automation.
• Working experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar tools.
• Familiarity with various programming/ scripting languages (Python, Javascript, Groovy, shell scripting)
• Solid understanding of web technologies, protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, REST), and database systems.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, logs /monitoring data and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues.
• Strong communication skills to convey performance test findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Configure and manage load generators to simulate realistic user scenarios and load conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive performance test reports with detailed findings, recommendations, and actionable insights
• Participate in performance tuning efforts to optimize application performance and response times.
