Job Title: Performance Test Engineer (JMeter)

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in JMeter and a strong overall background in performance testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the field, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to JMeter. You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure our applications are stable, scalable, and reliable. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter
Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, failures, and optimization opportunities
Develop performance test strategies, plans, and workload models aligned with business needs
Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues
Monitor system performance across various testing types, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
Participate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure efficient and timely test delivery Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing
Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Apache JMeter
Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts such as load, stress, endurance, and scalability
Proficiency in test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and distributed test execution
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar solutions
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration using Jenkins or equivalent tools
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system architecture
