Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic PPC Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The PPC Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC advertising strategies, be data-driven, and possess excellent analytical skills. This role requires the ability to implement effective PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-informed optimizations to maximize ROI. Responsibilities: Develop and execute PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify target keywords and opportunities for campaign optimization. Create and optimize PPC ad copy and landing pages to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve campaign performance. Manage campaign budgets, bids, and ad placements to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve campaign objectives. Stay up-to-date with PPC industry trends, best practices, and new advertising features or platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Implement tracking and conversion tags to ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution. Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign goals. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, platforms, and best practices. Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Familiarity with PPC tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and third-party bid management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and optimize performance. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience implementing data-driven optimizations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
