As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Amazon DSP campaigns for a portfolio of clients. Your primary focus will be on campaign creation, optimization, and reporting to deliver outstanding results. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns to achieve client objectives, including performance and awareness goals.
Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data..
Create comprehensive campaigns across ad formats, including display, video, and OTT.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as impressions, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Implement data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and achieve KPIs.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, placements, and audiences to enhance campaign performance.
Reporting and Insights
Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Communicate results, trends, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Identify opportunities for scaling and improving campaigns based on data trends.
Collaboration
Work closely with the internal performance team to align strategies and deliver cohesive results.
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives are optimized for DSP campaigns.

Market and Platform Expertise
Stay updated on Amazon DSP updates, best practices, and emerging trends.

Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Analytical Skills:
Proficient in analyzing large data sets and translating them into actionable insights.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to articulate performance metrics and strategies to stakeholders.
Tools Knowledge:
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console (DSP is a must), and reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
Availability: Available to work in Eastern Standard Time is a mandatory requirement.
