We are looking for a data-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

to strategize, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including SEO,

Google Ads

,

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

, and

LinkedIn

. The goal is to generate high-quality leads for Hospertz's hospital turnkey solutions and drive growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution

? Plan, launch, and manage PPC and display campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

? Set up targeting strategies, custom audiences, ad groups, and campaign objectives tailored to healthcare B2B services.

? Develop ad creatives in coordination with the design and content team.

? Run A/B tests to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Lead Generation

? Drive qualified traffic to website landing pages optimized for conversion.

? Optimize funnels from ad click to inquiry form submission or WhatsApp lead.

? Integrate campaigns with CRM or lead management tools.

Pay: ₹10,335.95 - ₹35,877.90 per month
