Rs 12,000 - Rs 15,000 per month (Performance-based)

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year - 2 Years (Freshers with Good Portfolio are Welcome )

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

About the Role

We're looking for a performance-focused creator -- someone who can blend

creativity and marketing logic

You'll own Tour2Tech's Instagram and YouTube presence, grow reach through smart organic content, and convert that attention into

leads, DM queries, and sales

.

This is not a "just post and pray" social media job.
This is

growth-driven marketing

where every post, reel, and ad must have ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Create and post

high-engagement reels, shorts, and carousel content

. Manage

Instagram & YouTube Ads

- from targeting, A/B testing, to lead optimization. Build and optimize

WhatsApp lead funnels

(Click-to-Chat + automated follow-ups). Track and report key metrics: reach, cost per lead, conversion rate, revenue impact. Manage the content calendar aligned with Tour2Tech campaigns, seasons, and offers. Coordinate with design/editing freelancers (if needed) for faster output. Stay on top of trends, audio, hashtags, and student engagement behavior.

Skills Required

Deep understanding of

Instagram & YouTube algorithms

. Hands-on with

Meta Ads Manager

and

YouTube Ads

. Strong command over

video editing (CapCut, Canva, or Premiere)

. Knowledge of

basic analytics & tracking

(GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM links). Experience with

WhatsApp Business API or automation tools

preferred. Excellent sense of content timing, hooks, and storytelling.
