Job Description

Performance Tester



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offshore Performance Tester proficient in both LoadRunner and JMeter to execute performance testing for complex, nonUIbased backend systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing load and stress tests for applications involving multiple integrated components. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics using Dynatrace and database queries are essential.



Design and execute complex performance test scenarios using LoadRunner and JMeter for backend systems.



Develop custom scripts for test automation and parameterization to simulate real-world usage.



Run concurrent load tests and simulate peak user loads across multiple interacting systems.



Monitor, analyze, and report performance test results and system bottlenecks.



Leverage Dynatrace and database queries to gather indepth performance diagnostics beyond the testing tools.



Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to troubleshoot performance issues and recommend optimizations.



Document test strategies, plans, results, and improvements in performance baselines over time.



Work independently from offshore while coordinating closely with onshore stakeholders.



Mandatory skills



Technical Skills Mandatory expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter performance test scripting, Dynatrace, SQL querying, and backend system testing without UI.
