Performance Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic fresher to support our digital advertising efforts on

Google Ads

and

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

. You will help run campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results to drive quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning. Track daily performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions). Conduct A/B testing on ad copies and creatives. Prepare simple performance reports and insights. Coordinate with the design team for creatives.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing & online ads. Strong analytical and communication skills. Good with numbers, data, and Excel/Google Sheets. Eager to learn Google Ads & Meta Ads tools. Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Education

BBA/MBA/Marketing/Any graduate with interest in digital marketing.

Preferred (Optional)

Internship/course in digital marketing. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Canva.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
