About the Role
We don't want jargon. We don't want vanity metrics. We want someone who knows how to run
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
in a way that produces
consistent ROI
.
You'll be given a clear daily/weekly/monthly lead target and budget. Your job is to hit those numbers -- with full creative and operational freedom to execute.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on
Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other platforms
as needed.
Run
A/B tests
to optimize targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
Track and report
ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
transparently.
Deliver
scalable, predictable results
-- e.g. "300 leads per day with budget X"*. Stay updated with platform changes, audience trends, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
3+ years of
hands-on
performance marketing experience (Meta + Google required).
Proven track record of
scaling campaigns profitably
.
Strong skills in
audience targeting, remarketing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking
.
Comfortable with analytics dashboards, attribution models, and ROI reporting.
Self-starter mindset: you own results, not excuses.
