About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic

Performance Marketing Trainee

to support our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn how paid media, analytics, and optimization drive business growth. You'll work closely with the performance marketing team on live campaigns and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare basic reports Help with A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages Track conversions and assist in setting up pixels and events (with guidance) Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives Stay updated with performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field Basic understanding of performance marketing / paid advertising concepts Comfort with numbers and data analysis Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Willingness to learn fast and work in a performance-driven environment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Google Ads / Meta Ads certification Internship or coursework in digital or performance marketing Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio Experience running small ad campaigns (personal, college, or freelance projects)
