Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
Support in audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and A/B testing activities.
Conduct market and competitor research within the skincare sector to support campaign strategy.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to coordinate ad materials and maintain brand consistency.
Track, analyze, and prepare weekly performance reports using analytics tools and dashboards.
Document campaign results, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of performance marketing tools and industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
MBA degree (Marketing specialization preferred). Freshers are welcome.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals is an added advantage.
