Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads Lead Generation campaigns
across Search, Display, and YouTube.
Assist in managing performance campaigns with a primary focus on
lead generation
.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Monitor daily campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.
Create and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page variations.
Track KPIs such as
CPL, conversion rate, Quality Score, and lead quality metrics
.
Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on Google Ads trends, policy changes, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads
, specifically
Lead Generation campaigns
.
Basic Understanding of Meta Ads Manager .
Good analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, etc.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
BMS (Marketing) graduates preferred.
