We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced
Performance Marketing Team Lead
to oversee and scale our paid marketing efforts across channels such as
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more
. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on data, performance metrics, and campaign optimization, and who can lead a team of performance marketers to consistently deliver strong ROI.

Lead the execution and optimization of
paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns
.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with SEO, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Campaign Optimization & Budget Management
Monitor and manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance.
Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.
Reporting & Analytics
Build detailed performance reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Present regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Utilize platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Insights, and third-party tools for in-depth analysis.
Market & Trend Analysis
Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities in paid media.
Continuously experiment with emerging channels and ad formats to improve performance and gain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
in performance marketing.
Proven success in managing and scaling paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
.
Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and CAC.
Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and tag management (GTM).
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of Lakhs or more.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
