Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Performance Marketing Manager - Team Lead
who can lead our paid marketing team, manage multi-channel campaigns, drive ROI, and strategize high-impact performance campaigns for clients across industries.
The ideal candidate is analytical, team-oriented, data-obsessed, and able to manage both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
Develop ROI-driven performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
Identify growth opportunities, optimize funnels, and create full-funnel marketing strategies for lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand growth.
Conduct market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and forecast budget allocation.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct A/B tests, improve ad creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and user paths.
Monitor budgets and ensure maximum efficiency across accounts.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and guide the performance marketing team (executives & specialists).
Review team performance, train them on best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Work closely with creative, SEO, content, and development teams for integrated campaigns.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Set up tracking using GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs, pixels, and server-side tracking.
Create performance dashboards and analytic reports (weekly/monthly).
Provide insights and data-based recommendations to clients and management.
Ensure accurate tracking of conversions, events, attribution, and KPIs.
5. Client Management
Attend client meetings, present campaign results, and define quarterly roadmaps.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure campaign expectations are met.
Act as a strategic advisor for scaling client business through digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, Pixels, and Automation Tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-first mindset.
Experience in team management, leadership, and delegation.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and remarketing funnels is a plus.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc. are preferred.
