Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who will oversee the strategic direction of multiple performance marketing channels. The digital projects you will be managing include online promotions and display advertising, content production, web building and design, and social media initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan. Develop & manage digital prospecting & remarketing campaigns.

Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

Implement A/B testing & conversion rate optimization.

Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels

Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Collaborate with the rest of our team (creative & content) to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages.

Requirements:

>2 years of prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies.

Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

Knowledge of analytics & SEO tools.

Strong ability to synthesize complex concepts into easily understandable strategies.

Proficient in using both Google and Meta platforms.

Should have experience managing a monthly paid media budget of INR 3 to 5 Crore.
