Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Kolkata. Qualifications and Skills

Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) practices for enhancing online visibility and search rankings.
Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to increase conversion rates effectively.

Demonstrated skills in executing A/B Testing to optimize and improve ad campaigns' effectiveness.
Proficient in devising Social Media Advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
