Key Responsibilities Paid Ads Management
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Performance Max
Manage monthly ad budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROI
Build full-funnel campaigns for
lead generation, traffic, remarketing, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing for
creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance using
Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Dashboard, and CRM data
Track and optimize key KPIs such as
CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM
Create
weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards
Identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvements
Strategy & Funnel Building
Develop
360 performance marketing strategies
aligned with business goals
Create
audience segments, remarketing funnels, and lookalike audiences
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
Optimize landing pages for better conversions (
CRO - Conversion Rate Optimization
)
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with
Sales, Content, and Creative teams
Coordinate with clients or management for approvals and performance insights
Present performance reports with clear insights and action plans
Required Skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, Webhooks, and CRM integrations
Good understanding of ad creatives and copywriting principles
Excellent communication and project management skills
