We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the team lead to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns for our real estate clients, ensuring lead generation targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and deliver unique product/brand positioning through innovative means leading to strong customer association on online/digital platforms (PAN India and International).
Identify scope and work towards improving usability, design, and content leading to better consumer experience on the company website.
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Meta platforms.
Promote content across social media platforms and ensure increased brand awareness.
Improve click-through rates and cost per click through effective campaign optimizations.
Meta Lead Generation campaigns, social campaigns, and SMO execution.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Full understanding of customizations and advanced features available across Meta platforms.
Requirements
Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
Experience in real estate lead generation is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Lead Gen, Traffic, Awareness and Performance campaigns).
Basic knowledge of analytics and conversion tracking.
Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet performance targets.
