Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram)
Blinkit Ads / Quick-commerce platforms
Amazon Ads / Marketplace advertising
Develop campaign strategies to achieve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create high-performing ad assets.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum utilization of ad spends.
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Deep understanding of paid media strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2-5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
Proven track record of managing ads with strong ROAS and measurable results.
Portfolio or case studies of previous campaign successes (preferred).
Nice-to-Have
Experience with other ad platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads.
Knowledge of SEO, email automation, and affiliate marketing.
Basic understanding of creatives (Canva / Figma) for ad testing.
