Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical

Performance Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising metrics, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages Perform regular A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and campaign ROI Prepare performance reports and deliver data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) 2 years of experience in performance marketing (exceptional freshers may also be considered) Strong command of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, and Google Analytics Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Google and/or Meta certifications will be considered an advantage
