Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Performance Marketing Specialist (5+ years)
who can own end-to-end paid growth across
Meta Ads, Google Ads
, and
marketplace ads (Amazon/other marketplaces)
. This role is for someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns with clear revenue and ROAS targets.
Key Roles
Drive online sales through Meta + Google paid campaigns (full funnel)
Manage and optimize marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads + others as applicable)
Improve ROAS/CAC using strong testing, audience strategy, and creative performance insights
Track performance with GA4/GTM (or platform reporting) and share actionable weekly insights
Coordinate with creative/content team for ad creatives that convert

Pay: ?11,909.44 - ?57,452.88 per month
