The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) and a deep understanding of digital marketing for eCommerce/D2C brands. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads campaigns
(Facebook & Instagram) to drive online product sales and achieve ROAS targets.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Develop and test
creative assets, ad copies, and audience targeting strategies
to maximize conversion rates.
Manage and scale budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and markets.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, preparing actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and product positioning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social advertising and eCommerce.
Explore additional channels (Google Ads etc.) for performance marketing as needed.
Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on experience
managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads for eCommerce or D2C brands.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets through paid social.
Deep understanding of audience segmentation, pixel tracking, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization is a plus.
Knowledge of other paid channels (Google Ads,Twitter) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in scaling D2C brands or online product businesses.
Certification in Meta Ads (Meta Blueprint) or Google Analytics preferred.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing.
