Job Description

Responsibilities:



Develop, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Conduct audience research and segmentation for targeted marketing. Implement A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to align messaging and branding. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools. Strong data analysis skills and experience with A/B testing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Good communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
