Performance Marketing Specialist

with strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), campaign management, and team leadership

. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive leads and conversions. You will manage and scale

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

and

Meta Ads campaigns

, ensuring maximum ROI through continuous performance tracking and insights. Responsibilities also include SEO, SEM, keyword research, content marketing, analytics reporting, and online customer acquisition strategies. The candidate will also

lead, guide, and coordinate the digital marketing team

while collaborating with designers and content creators for impactful campaigns. We seek a professional with

3-5 years of proven digital marketing experience

, strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO & Analytics, along with

team management and leadership abilities
