Job Summary

We are hiring a

Performance Marketing Associate / PPC Specialist

to manage and optimize

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing

campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in

lead generation, SEM, paid ads optimization

, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Run and optimize

Google Ads & Meta Ads

campaigns for leads and conversions. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management. Improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS through ongoing optimization. Manage Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Zoho, Brevo) and WhatsApp Marketing tools (Aisensy, WATI, DoubleTick). Track results using

Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Manager

, etc. Prepare performance reports and insights.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years' experience

in

Performance Marketing / SEM / PPC

. Proven experience with

Google Ads & Meta Ads

. Knowledge of Email & WhatsApp automation tools (preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics & analytics. Google/Meta certifications is a plus. Graduate.
