Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the performance marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Develop ROI-driven strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance daily, identify insights, and implement data-backed optimizations.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance performance.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing; at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools (UTM, pixel setup, conversion tracking).
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
