Job Overview
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other PPC channels
Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and ad creatives to achieve maximum ROI
Monitor daily performance metrics including
CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments
Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad copies and creatives
Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Performance Marketing / Paid Media
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
Experience with
campaign optimization and performance tracking
Good understanding of funnels, conversions, and lead generation
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus
