Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Performance Marketing Specialist
with hands-on experience in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, website development, video creation, and creative content production
. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, result-driven, and passionate about digital marketing. This role requires managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and creating impactful digital assets to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
.
Build, manage, and maintain websites for clients or internal projects.
Create high-quality videos and marketing creatives for campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
6 months to 2 years of experience
in digital marketing roles.
Strong technical skills in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, website development, video creation, and creative design
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
preferred.
Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.
