Knows proper campaign objectives: Sales, Leads, Traffic, Engagement Understands conversion tracking, events, and pixel setup Can plan TOF-MOF-BOF funnel (top/middle/bottom funnel)

Audience & Targeting Expertise



Custom Audience creation (website visitors, add-to-cart, IG engagement) Lookalike audience testing Interest & behavior based audience stacking Region + language segmentation

Strong Creative Direction



Can decide: Which creatives convert What hooks will work What ad formats grab attention (Reels, Carousels, Static) Works with designer to improve click-through rate

Data Analysis + Optimization



Reads Ads Manager data DAILY: CPR / CPL CPM CTR ROAS Frequency Knows when to kill, scale, or duplicateads

Technical Knowledge



Pixel setup Event testing Conversion API (CAPI) Domain verification AB testing

Strong Understanding of E-commerce


They should know:

Product catalog ads Dynamic ads setup Offer-based retargeting Abandoned cart retargeting

Experience Level Needed for "Good Performance"



Minimum 2-3 years

of experience specifically in Meta Ads Should have handled

?5-15 lakh monthly spend

Should show proven ROAS data from past clients Should have worked with

Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, or general e-commerce brands


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
