Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI and meet business objectives.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and copy.
Research and analyze competitors, audience behavior, and market trends.
Develop monthly reports with actionable insights and performance analysis.
Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters for ad creatives and landing pages.
Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Track funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, etc.
Required Skills:
1-2 years of proven experience in running Meta and Google Ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of ad campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
Experience working with
