Role Overview
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across
Meta and Google Ads
for multiple client accounts.
The role focuses on
delivering consistent, scalable results
aligned with broader brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display)
Monitor and improve performance metrics such as
ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions
Build funnel-based strategies and run structured A/B tests
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to guide ad creatives using performance insights
Manage tracking using
Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager
, and conversion events
Prepare clear performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
Requirements
2-4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong experience with
Meta Ads and Google Ads
Experience managing
multiple client accounts
in an agency setup
Analytical, organized, and outcome-focused
Good to Have:
YouTube Ads experience
Exposure to international markets
Basic understanding of landing page or funnel optimization
