We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and email marketing
Track and improve campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to maximize ROI
Create high-converting content for websites, landing pages (WordPress), ads, and emails
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
Manage campaign budgets and collaborate with creative and sales teams
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in performance/digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics
Experience with WordPress; basic HTML and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Strong analytical, copywriting, and project management skills
E-commerce or product marketing experience is a plus
