The Performance Marketing Specialist executes, optimizes, and scales paid campaigns. This role is hands-on and focused on continuous improvement through testing, iteration, and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, and bid strategies
Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
Monitor CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and funnel drop-offs
Work with design and content teams to improve ad performance
Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, Meta Pixel, and GTM
Share weekly performance reports and insights
Support scaling of winning campaigns
Requirements
1 - 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong execution skills across Google and Meta Ads
Working knowledge of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
Experience in lead generation, SaaS, or EdTech is a plus
