Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
ad campaigns to drive sales, leads, and brand growth.
Develop and test creative ad strategies, copy, and audience targeting to improve ROAS and lower CAC.
Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Manage and monitor daily campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Meta advertising and eCommerce marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in running and managing
Meta Ads
for eCommerce or D2C brands.
Strong understanding of
Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking,
and audience segmentation.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in reading ad metrics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Creative thinker with the ability to experiment with new campaign ideas.
Knowledge of other paid channels (Google Ads, YouTube, or Influencer Marketing) is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,061.86 - ₹42,125.00 per month
