-Role Overview: We're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in running paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, specifically targeted at the U.S. B2B audience. You'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable ROI.
-Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns targeting the U.S. market across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
Research, define, and test audience segments for Zoho-related services
Write and optimize ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs
Manage budgets, bids, and pacing for performance campaigns
Monitor and optimize KPIs like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead conversion rate
Collaborate with the sales and content team to align messaging and targeting
Analyze campaign performance and create weekly/monthly performance reports
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging ad trends
- Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads
Proven experience running lead generation campaigns for U.S.-based B2B audiences
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools (bonus)Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and performance reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Willingness to work partially overlapping U.S. time zones for coordination
