Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes paid advertising. You should have a proven track record of delivering high ROAS and low CAC in the D2C space. This role is critical to our growth strategy--you'll be responsible for driving sales and scaling our paid traffic across Meta and Google platforms while maintaining profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeta & Google Ads Management
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Monitor and improve key metrics daily: ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR
Conduct rigorous A/B testing on audiences, creatives, hooks, copy, and landing pages
Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (cold audience ? warm audience ? retargeting)
Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining healthy CAC and ROAS targets
Manage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spend based on performance
Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and industry best practices
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Share detailed creative briefs with the design and content team
Identify winning angles, hooks, and messaging that resonate with target audiences
Analyze competitor ads and market trends regularly to stay ahead
Test various creative formats: UGC-style videos, reels, carousels, product demos, and static ads
Work closely with the creative team to iterate and improve ad performance
Provide data-driven feedback on what's working and what's not
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Facebook Events, Conversions API (CAPI), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Ensure accurate conversion tracking across all touchpoints
Create and send weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
Track customer journey and attribution to understand what's driving conversions
Maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring
Growth & Optimization
Continuously test new audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Identify scaling opportunities and execute rapidly
Optimize landing pages and user flows in collaboration with the web team
Implement retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks
