Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other digital platforms.
Manage end-to-end paid campaigns including budget allocation, targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Identify new growth opportunities through remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization.
Analyze client requirements and business goals to develop custom ad strategies.
Skills & Requirement:
3-4 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience working on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Understanding of SEO basics and how paid and organic efforts align.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
