Key Responsibilities:
Plan and run ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
Monitor and optimise key metrics, such as cost-per-click, click-through rate, and conversions.
Set up and manage tracking using tools like
Google Tag Manager

Meta Pixel

Google Analytics

Run A/B tests to improve ad copy, creatives, and targeting.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure ads match landing pages.
Share regular performance reports and insights with the team.
Stay updated on new ad formats, platform updates, and digital trends.
Experience & Qualification:
2-4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, or YouTube).
Good understanding of ad structures, budgets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Familiarity with tools like
Google Analytics

, and UTM tracking.
Ability to read campaign data and make clear, actionable recommendations.
