(houseofabrazo.com) is a premium D2C home textile brand selling in India and the U.S. Our campaigns run across Meta, Amazon, and Shopify, and we're backed by a $10M manufacturing company. We're now scaling fast and looking for a sharp performance marketer.
Role Summary:
You'll manage end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with the goal of achieving
ROAS > 4
across prospecting and retargeting funnels.
Responsibilities:
Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
Create and test creatives + copy variations (with our creative team)
Manage daily budgets, bids, and performance tracking
Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (cold to warm to hot)
Track KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CAC across India and U.S. markets
Generate weekly reports and insights
Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
Proven track record of achieving
ROAS > 4
Strong understanding of D2C funnel performance
Must know how to scale campaigns while keeping CAC in control
Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel
