Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies across search, social, and display channels
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad assets
Track, measure, and report on performance metrics and KPIs
Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and landing pages
Stay current on industry best practices, competitor activities, and platform changes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads required)
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools
Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and hitting performance targets
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and organic digital channels
