Job Overview

We are looking for a

results-driven Digital Marketing / Paid Ads Specialist

who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms

. The ideal candidate should be performance-oriented, analytical, and capable of scaling ad campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

campaigns Run and optimize

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns Manage paid ads on other platforms such as

LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube

(bonus) Perform

keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Write compelling

ad copies, headlines, and CTAs

Optimize campaigns for

ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions

Monitor daily ad performance and prepare

weekly/monthly performance reports

Conduct

A/B testing

on creatives, copies, and landing pages Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages Track conversions using

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

Google Ads & Facebook Ads

Strong understanding of

performance marketing and funnels

Hands-on experience with

conversion tracking & remarketing

Knowledge of

SEO basics

is a plus Familiarity with tools like

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with

lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of

CRM integrations & landing page optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
