The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SaaS marketing, performance optimization, and global lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Microsoft Ads, targeting SaaS buyers across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and India.
Lead Generation & Funnel Growth:
Drive MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) by setting up audience segmentation, retargeting, and account-based targeting.
Budget & Performance Optimization:
Manage budgets, track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and optimize campaigns for CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and ROI.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:
Continuously test ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
Creative Direction:
Work with the design team to develop ad creatives, landing page wireframes, and ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.
Analytics & Reporting:
Build dashboards, analyze campaign data, and present actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
SaaS Marketing Strategy:
Stay up to date with SaaS industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine performance campaigns.
Collaboration:
Partner with content, product, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record in running lead-gen campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into campaign improvements.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and SaaS marketing funnels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
