Job Summary

We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

with strong expertise in

Google Ads Search campaigns

to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in managing budgets with a focus on lead quality and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads Search campaigns

for lead generation and performance outcomes Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategy optimization, and A/B testing Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality Analyze search terms, quality scores, and conversion data to improve efficiency Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal utilization Coordinate with sales teams to understand lead quality feedback and improve targeting Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with

Google Ads Search campaigns

Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion optimization Ability to analyze data and translate insights into performance improvements Strong communication and reporting skills
Good to Have

Experience with

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram, Market place )

performance campaigns Experience in real estate, BFSI, or high-ticket lead generation campaigns Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRM integrations
Experience & Education

2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, Other platforms like Taboola, Adgebra, etc. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
