to manage our social media presence and execute paid advertising campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and audience
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube if applicable)
TikTok Ads
Execute audience targeting for the
India & UAE market and international campaigns
Manage ad budgets and optimize for ROAS and conversions
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance
Requirements
Proven experience in
social media handling and paid advertising (3+ Years)
Hands-on expertise with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of
UAE consumer behavior and trends
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe preferred)
Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
International brands
Knowledge of Arabic content trends (Arabic language is a plus, not mandatory)
Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
